Claire Bertheux Scotté started her career beginning 1996 in boutique law firms specialized in Intellectual Property law before joining in 2002 the IP/IT department of a major French law firm. Since 2014, she worked in her own law firm.

With more than 20 years of experience, Claire advice her clients in their IP protection strategy by managing their marks and copyright portfolios and assisting them in pre-litigation and litigation matters before the French courts and the national and international administrations dedicated to Intellectual Property (INPI, EUIPO, WIPO, etc.).

Claire also advises her clients in the negotiating and drafting of their contracts in the fields of intellectual property and commercial law, particularly on the Internet.

Their clients operate in various economic sectors such as leather goods, fashion, sports, photographic and artistic production, tourism or wine sector.

Claire is a member of the Trademark Law Practitioners Association (APRAM).
